The 3's Program

Dear Parents,

Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Lupo are preparing to welcome our 3’s students. They are making sure everything is just right for them

Our Monday/Wednesday/Friday students will begin school on Monday, September 13.

Our Tuesday/Thursday students will begin school on Tuesday, September 14.

Morning classes will meet from 9:15 to 11:45; afternoon classes will meet from 12:45-3:15.

Please find the Information sheets- print, complete and return forms by or on the first day of school. They are required for our records. Helpful tuition vouchers are available. These can serve as helpful reminders and can also be submitted with tuition payments. Along with these forms, you must submit copies of your child’s most recent physical (dated within the year) and immunization records signed by your doctor. The following links to the 2021-22 New York State Immunization Requirements for School Entrance/Attendance: https://www.health.ny.gov/publications/2370.pdf The Board of Health will not allow your child to attend school without these documents. A Food Allergy Action Plan is available for families who need it. If your child requires it, please contact me.

A one-time fee of $15 will be collected for each child in the 3’s classes. This fee covers items purchased and distributed at different events during the year. These events will include a fall fest and holiday parties. Please submit this payment with your tuition or in a separate check.

Orientation will take place at the beginning of the school year, and the schedule and details will be emailed to you in August. At your scheduled time, please bring a photo of your child, to be used in school. Along with the orientation schedule, the August email will contain any forms that the state may require, our sick policy, a school calendar, and an annual schedule of events.

Teachers will send home a monthly calendar/newsletter to keep everyone informed, and they can be reached at nhnsthrees@gmail.com/845-462-0810x103. Our Handbook provides useful information and is available on our website, newhackensacknurseryschool.org. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
